Problem with overthinking and perfection?
Whenever I start something new my mind tends to switch into a big analysis machine. Then the whole process of calculation and processing starts. Like a processor calculating mathematical expressions or the source code, compilation process spitting out the application. But where is the balance between minimum required planning and fast action?
Over the years it has been a factor that was like a burden, preventing from efficient action. Like a metal ball attached to your leg slowing you down. So how to reduce and eliminate overthinking and going for perfection?
I am not saying that overthinking or perfection in moderate levels is something that you should avoid for all cost but knowing where is that line will help you move faster and accomplish your goals with less friction and reduced stress.
